Whole Wheat Macaroni, 500g

Artisanal macaroni from our land produced with whole wheat flour from 100% Italian Khorasan and spelt grown on our family farm.

Our pasta tells a story of patience and tradition: the pasta maker slowly dries it at low temperatures (37-38°) for 36-48 hours, preserving all the aromas and nutrients of the cereals.

What makes this pasta special:

• Authentic scent of fresh wheat, which is released when opening the package
• Perfect cooking resistance
• Rich in fibre thanks to selected wholemeal flours
  

Preparation:

• Cooking time: 9-11 minutes in plenty of salted water
• To keep the pasta al dente, we recommend draining it one minute before the indicated time.
• It pairs perfectly with fresh vegetable sauces, ragù, homemade pesto or simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and flakes of aged cheese.
